Generally, processing can take anywhere between 1-9 days, but most packages are shipped out after around 2 days after placing an order. If there are any circumstances that cause longer processing times, we will reach out and let you know.

Missing Parts Policy

It's important to note that our parts are sorted by individuals and are susceptible to the possibility of error. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Notify us of the missing parts by reaching out to our customer support team at panzer.bricklabs@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the missing parts, and any relevant information that can assist us in resolving the issue promptly.


Once the missing parts are confirmed, we will promptly dispatch the replacement parts to you. In some cases, an alternative resolution, such as a partial refund or a discount on your next purchase, may be offered based on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at panzer.bricklabs@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can issue a full refund if the order hasn't been shipped. If it has already been dispatched, please wait until delivery and then initiate a return.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at panzer.bricklabs@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped, we will be able to provide a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, please wait until delivery and contact us once your package has arrived. Return your item within 14 days of receipt if you're not satisfied.

  • Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return or exchange the item by contacting us at panzer.bricklabs@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you instructions on how to return the item.
  • Packaging: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and the same condition as when you received it as best as possible.
  • Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided along with the order number written on or inside the package. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of refunds after we receive the returned item.

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
