History:
The Panzer IV F2 was a mid-war German medium tank introduced in 1942 as an upgrade to counter heavily armored Soviet tanks like the T-34 and KV-1. Equipped with the long-barreled 7.5 cm KwK 40 L/43 cannon, the F2 greatly improved the Panzer IV’s anti-tank capabilities and marked the beginning of the vehicle’s evolution into Germany’s primary medium tank for the remainder of the war.
